The steak was very nice.

文法的にはあってますが、直前の文章が現在形で、次の文章でいきなり過去形を持ってくることによって「（以前は）ステーキが美味しかった(けど今は知らん）」という印象を与えてしまいかねません。
お店の紹介として「自分が食べに行って美味しかった」というのなら、はっきりそう伝えた方がいいと思います。
Their steak was very nice, when I went there.
(私がそこに行った時は、ステーキが美味しかったです）
もしくは、現在形にして
Their steak is very nice.
(そのお店のステーキはとてもおいしいです）

That meat is do tender and great.
→「ステーキのお肉が柔らかくて素晴らしかった」の意味でいい？
The steak is tender and great.
前の文章の主語がthis steakだから、主語をitにした方が文章全体の流れとしては自然。
It is tender and great.

レストランなのでfood（食品）よりdishes（料理）の方がいいと思います。

私見ですが、You shouldだと結構強めの言い方(命令に近い）になるので、紹介文ならpleaseの方がいいと思います。

→ 意味が分からない。do と so もしくは do と done の打ち間違い？

中学校2年生でこれだけ書けるのならよく勉強されていると思います。
これが学校の授業ではなく、日常会話なら言いたいことは相手に十分伝わると思います。

英語で文章を書くときは、同じ単語を繰り返さないほうがより自然に聞こえます。
itやthereで置き換えたり、同じ動詞を繰り返さず少し違う表現に置き換えたりすると良い仕上がりになりますよ。
